Short Summary:

The Digital Product Risk Management team protects the integrity, security, and trust of the company’s digital products and services, managing fraud operations end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end fraud investigations involving digital product transactions, account activities, onboarding anomalies, and unauthorized activities.
- Analyze transaction data, behavioral patterns, and account activities to identify suspicious behavior.
- Perform fraud case handling, evidence gathering, and documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
- Support fraud monitoring activities and assist in identifying emerging fraud trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve fraud-related incidents and improve controls.
- Prepare investigation reports and management summaries.
- Assist in developing fraud detection rules and operational procedures.
- Maintain proper case management records and ensure timely resolution of investigations.
- Build governance framework to meet regulatory requirements.
- Lead Fraud Risk Ops team and mentor junior team members.
Requirement:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in fraud investigation, fraud operations, or related fields.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data analysis for fraud investigation.
- Strong understanding of fraud typologies and experience handling fraud investigations independently.
- Familiarity with fraud monitoring systems and case management platforms.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Criminology, Information Systems, Business, Law, or related fields preferred.
