ABOUT THE JOB

• Develop and maintain Java Enterprise applications, ensuring system stability, reliability, and performance.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, including reviewing and modifying existing source code.
• Design and optimize Oracle database solutions, including SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, and data processing.
• Develop and maintain batch jobs and batch processing workflows using technologies such as Quartz Scheduler.
• Implement and maintain workflow and business process automation solutions.
• Support system integration and data processing across enterprise applications.
• Perform performance tuning and continuously improve application and database efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to software development best practices.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience in Java.
• Strong experience with Java Enterprise development, including analyzing, troubleshooting, modifying, and maintaining existing applications.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Database, including SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Performance Tuning, and Data Processing.
• Hands-on experience with Batch Jobs, Batch Processing, and Quartz Scheduler.
• Good understanding of Workflow and Business Process Automation.
• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical and structured approach to troubleshooting.
• Good ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Experience with Data Migration or ETL is a plus.
• Experience with API and enterprise system integration is a plus.
• Previous experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Banking is an advantage.
