Your missions

• Manage infrastructure and ERP MOM systems for Korean and Thai factories
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless integration and project delivery
• Oversee system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting across multiple sites
• Implement process improvements and automation within manufacturing operations
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all locations
• Provide technical guidance and support to local and remote teams
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize system reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions

Your profile

• Experience in infrastructure and ERP MOM management (8+ years)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and IT systems
• Experience managing international factory operations, specifically in Korea and Thailand
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MOM platforms
• Fluent English and Korean
• Experience coordinating with global teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You demonstrate strong communication skills
• You are able to work in a multicultural environment
• You show adaptability and resilience in dynamic settings
