Our motto: Building Tomorrow’s World TodayYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement new functionalities and modifications in existing applications. Write, maintain, and design for testability, including unit tests, integration tests, and UI functional tests. Actively support business requirements and system analysis. Support the user base and address their needs (standard support hours: 8:00–17:00, shared among all developers). Collaborate closely with architects, testers, and analysts to create artefacts for epics. Drive continuous improvement of tools, methods, and practices within an Agile framework. WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? Core Technical Expertise (Must-Haves):Deep knowledge of . NET/C#. Strong passion for code quality and maintainable design, including: Expertise in S. O. L. I. D. principles. Commitment to Clean Code practices. Strong practical experience with: C#, WPF, SQL, XML, JSON. NHibernate/Entity Framework. Proficiency with development tools: Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, Azure DevOps. Advanced Technical & Architecture Skills: Familiarity with DevOps practices (e.g., YAML pipelines, WiX toolset). Knowledge of microservices and cloud solutions (e.g., Azure). Experience with ASP. NET MVC (beneficial). Professional & Interpersonal Skills: Complete proficiency in English (communicative level minimum, proficiency is the goal). Willingness to support testers, analysts, or architects as needed. Open-minded, honest, and a team player. Passion for understanding user frustrations and business opportunities. Strong understanding of Agile practices. Satisfactory communication and presentation skills. Flexibility regarding roles and responsibilities. Valued (Good to Have) Skills: Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Test First Programming. Knowledge of Azure and ASP. NET. WE OFFER: A full-time employment contract.
