Short Summary:
Almedia is seeking a Venture Manager to transform high-level founder vision into scalable, high-growth business units, acting as a strategic catalyst and leading the launch of critical company missions.

Responsibilities:
- Launch & Build Ventures: Spearhead strategic ventures from scratch, transforming raw concepts into functioning, scalable revenue streams.
- Execute CEO Missions: Drive execution of high-priority missions directly with the CEO using rapid testing and data-based decisions.
- Own Strategic Partnerships: Manage high-level expectations and ensure successful project delivery with the world’s biggest advertisers.
- Scale Operational Frameworks: Develop whitepapers and innovative scaling methodologies to improve internal processes.
- Lead Cross-Functional Sprints: Coordinate workshops and lead execution across departments to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Requirement:
- Experience in Venture Building: Proven track record in strategic consulting or high-growth startup operations.
- Data Fluency & Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in analyzing market trends and complex datasets.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
- Innovation Methodology Expertise: Proficiency in frameworks like Design Thinking and Lean Startup.
- Bonus: Knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem or Rewarded User Acquisition landscape.
