Almedia is seeking a Senior Venture Lead to drive growth and innovation, aiming to become Germany’s second bootstrapped unicorn. The role involves incubating ventures, forging partnerships, and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Incubate & Launch Ventures: Transform validated opportunities into market pilots.
- Establish Venture Operating Models: Architect governance and funding frameworks for R&D squads.
- Forge Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and integrate flagship advertiser partnerships.
- Scale High-Performance Teams: Build a venture organization by hiring and mentoring leaders.
- Drive P&L & Playbook Excellence: Own venture business impact and codify playbooks.
Requirement:
- Proven venture-building and operational architecture experience.
- AdTech/growth analytics fluency.
- Commercial negotiation capability and ability to hire and scale high-performance teams.
