Europe is one of our highest-priority growth regions — and we're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to win EU enterprise accounts for the Alliants Experience Platform (AXP).
The role at a glance
- Title: Regional Sales Manager (EU)
- Location: Fully remote, EU-based, with regular domestic and international travel across the region
- Compensation: £63,000 – £70,000 per year, plus commission tied to individual and team revenue targets
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
- Team: Sales, reporting to the VP of Sales (EMEA)
This is an individual contributor enterprise sales role on our Sales team. You'll bring Product Solutions Consultants into discovery and demos, work with Sales & Marketing Operations on the shape and health of your pipeline, pull in Partnerships where a partner can impact an opportunity.
You’ll own our success in the EU. From building the net new sales pipeline, running every deal from qualification to signature, and handing new clients to Delivery ready to go live. Your first signed AXP deal in Europe is the milestone that matters most in your first six months.
Role Focus & Operating Context
This is a net new hunting role where the majority of your pipeline will come from outbound work: phone, email, LinkedIn, site visits, exhibitions and events across the region. You'll sell to luxury and mid-tier hotel brands, third-party management companies and travel brands. Deals involve many stakeholders, and you'll negotiate at C-suite level. EU enterprise cycles are long and complex, so you'll need to keep deals moving through procurement, commercial terms and changing priorities without losing momentum.
You'll report to the VP of Sales (EMEA) and also work regularly with the CRO, the VP of Sales & Marketing Operations, the VP of Partnerships, Product Solutions Consultants, and the Delivery and Customer Experience teams. Outside Alliants, you'll represent us at EU conferences, trade shows and hospitality technology forums.
What you'll work on and own
- The EU pipeline — validated with Sales & Marketing Operations and built to cover 3x quota, spread across the hospitality market's different segments
- The full sales cycle — qualification, discovery, demo, proposal, SOW, negotiation and signature
- Close new EU enterprise accounts — two or three won from start to finish and set up to grow
- The regional playbook — repeatable sales plays, objection handling and EU positioning for AXP, built with the VP of Sales (EMEA) by month 12
- Alliants' presence in the room — at the events, client meetings and LinkedIn conversations where EU hospitality buyers meet us for the first time
- You'll build and own a strong EU/UK prospect pipeline across your assigned hospitality and travel technology accounts, prospecting through phone, email, social selling, site visits, exhibitions and events so you consistently exceed pipeline coverage targets.
- You'll lead the full sales cycle from qualification to close, running compelling remote and in-person demos and preparing tailored proposals and SOWs so every multi-stakeholder deal lands against quarterly revenue targets.
- You'll win buy-in at every level of the prospect's organisation, including C-suite negotiations, so commercial terms line up and barriers to sale are cleared quickly.
- You'll work with the VP of Sales (EMEA), senior leaders, Product Solutions Consultants, Sales Operations, Delivery and Customer Experience on complex opportunities, so each deal gets the best of what Alliants can offer.
- You'll log all account activity, stage updates, opportunity values and notes in Salesforce accurately and on time, so the regional forecast can be trusted.
- You'll work with Partnerships on the key partner relationships that affect your open opportunities.
- You'll hand closed clients to the Delivery and Customer Experience teams smoothly, and check in on account health every month, so each account is set up for long-term growth.
- You'll document repeatable sales plays and objection-handling frameworks from your first EU wins, so future EU sellers can be hired and onboarded faster.
- You'll work with the VP of Sales (EMEA) to sharpen AXP's EU positioning and competitive differentiation, and help deliver a regional sales playbook by month 12.
- You'll represent Alliants at key industry events and client meetings across the EU, and post regularly on LinkedIn, so our brand and AXP have a credible voice in the region.
What you'll bring
- An enterprise SaaS sales track record in hospitality technology, including complex, multi-stakeholder deals you closed
- Experience managing a multi-million pound or euro sales pipeline
- Consistent attainment of outbound and inbound sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong presentation and demo skills, with messaging adapted for anyone from front-line operators to C-suite decision-makers
- Excellent communication in English
- Confidence with your sales stack (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace and email prospecting tools) and a data-driven approach to pipeline and forecasting
- Regular LinkedIn posting about Alliants, our partners, the events you attend and your customer conversations
- Self-direction: you manage your own time and territory and consistently hit your KPIs
To thrive in this role, you'll be someone who:
- Builds pipeline as well as working it, and goes looking for new opportunities before you're asked
- Learns a prospect's business well enough to position AXP as the answer to their specific strategic problem
- Keeps a long, complex deal moving by changing your approach instead of waiting for it to stall
- Brings the right colleagues into an opportunity at the right stage, and shows Alliants' culture while you do it
- Treats every prospect touchpoint as a reflection of the Alliants brand, and protects that reputation
