Content Creator / Social Lead
Content Creator / Social Media Lead
People do not fall for a drink in a pitch deck. They fall for it in a 15-second clip, a comment thread, and the moment a friend sends the can. You will own that moment for a small, early-stage beverage brand built around cotton-candy and lemon-lime flavors—turning playful product truth into demand that retailers, buyers, and fans can feel.
Performance Objectives
- Build a content engine that publishes consistently and grows qualified followers who actually talk about the drinks, not just scroll past them.
- Turn social attention into measurable action: site visits, sampling interest, retail sell-through stories, and inbound wholesale or partnership leads.
- Make the cotton-candy and lemon-lime flavors instantly recognizable in feed, stories, and short video without relying on paid reach alone.
- Run community like a host: reply fast, surface fan proof, and convert comments and DMs into content and advocates.
- Stand up a lightweight creator and local-partner program that produces authentic trial, not vanity posts.
- Report monthly on what moved awareness, engagement quality, and commercial outcomes—and kill what does not.
Environment & Resources
You will report to the founder and work beside a tiny team that still touches product, retail, and the inbox. Budget is real but tight: expect owned channels, organic creative, and selective paid tests—not an agency bench. You will set the stack (scheduling, short-form editing, analytics, and community tools) and own the calendar end to end.
Essential Qualifications
- You have led social for a consumer brand and can show work that grew an audience and moved people to try, buy, or ask where to find the product.
- You shoot, edit, write, and publish short-form video yourself—and you know when a post is done.
- You can read platform analytics and tie them to a simple commercial story, not vanity metrics.
- You have managed creators or community on a small budget and kept the brand voice consistent.
- You are comfortable in a 1–10 person company: unclear briefs, fast turns, and direct feedback from the person who built the product.
Role Selling Points
- You will define the public voice while the brand is still early—not inherit a locked playbook.
- Flavor is the creative brief: bright, specific, and hard to confuse with another can on the shelf.
- Your posts can show up next to real retail and sampling moments, not just campaign mockups.
- Founder access is daily. Decisions on creative, partnerships, and spend happen in the room you are in.
Call to Action
If you can make strangers crave a flavor they have not tasted yet, apply with three posts you are proud of and one line on what each was meant to do.
