Short Summary:
Join Aleph as a Sales Compensation Lead and be part of a digital revolution in advertising. You will play a key role in executing and improving compensation programs, focusing on sales compensation and variable pay.

Responsibilities:
- Calculate, manage, and optimize global variable compensation for sales teams (commissions, incentives, MBO Plans, SPIFFs, etc.).
- Drive job evaluation and description processes, position grading, and maintain the Job Framework.
- Lead benchmarking studies and job pricing analyses to ensure competitive compensation.
- Design and produce Total Rewards reports and conduct cost analyses.
- Update and administer salary ranges, conducting market analyses and submitting data for salary surveys.
- Provide data and support for compensation-related audits.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders on job leveling, benchmarks, audits, and adjustments.
- Support ongoing Total Rewards team initiatives.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in a Global Total Rewards team in a rapid-growth organization, preferably in tech or digital media.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree or professional certification in Compensation and Benefits is a plus.
- Highly quantitative, data-driven, and detail-oriented analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; HCM systems experience (Workday preferred).
- Full professional proficiency in English; Spanish fluency preferred.
- Positive, collaborative attitude with adaptability to develop large-scale projects.
