Join Aleph’s Global Sourcing Internship Program, a six-month, immersive learning experience where you will partner with our dynamic Global Talent Acquisition team and with hiring managers from four continents. About the Role

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist intern, you will be at the forefront of identifying and attracting top talent for our vacancies worldwide. This is more than an internship: it is a foundational learning experience where you will gain hands-on expertise in direct search and sourcing in a truly global context. You will learn best practices, build a solid understanding of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, and become skilled at finding the right people for the right roles, wherever they are.

This role offers a unique opportunity to:

• Master direct sourcing: Learn the art and science of proactive talent identification, including advanced search techniques (such as Boolean search) and sourcing tools.
