We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer, assessing all applications fairly based on skills, experience, and potential. Diversity, equality, and inclusion are core to who we are.

You will join Akur8’s Corporate Development team and report to the Business Systems Manager. Akur8 is growing quickly, and our teams need processes, tools and data practices that can keep pace. The Corporate Development team works across the company to support this growth and help our teams work more effectively. As Business Systems Analyst, you will help shape the tools and processes. Your main focus will be Salesforce, alongside tools such as Gong, HubSpot and other applications in our internal stack.

You will work closely with business teams to understand how they work, identify where improvements can be made and turn their needs into practical technical solutions. Over time, you will take increasing ownership of the systems and processes you support.

Why this role matters

With AI, tools and processes evolve fast. We can now build better applications, faster.

We are a scale up that evolves quickly, and you will act directly on the implementation of key departments' processes and ways of working.

In this context this role is central: being the link between business, ideas and software best practice is what will maintain the success of our teams.

Your goal is to help the sales and marketing teams optimize, innovate and make their ideas (and yours) possible, while keeping our application ecosystem coherent.

This will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Understanding team processes and requirements, identifying gaps and helping stakeholders define clearer ways of working.

• Translating business needs into clear functional requirements and practical technical solutions.

• Configuring and implementing new features, processes and tools, while developing your knowledge of relevant technologies.

• Creating user documentation, training teams and supporting the adoption of new features and processes.

• Answering questions, investigating issues and identifying opportunities for further improvements.

You will work closely with and receive guidance from the Business Systems Manager. This role offers the opportunity to develop from supporting business systems projects to taking ownership of key applications and processes across Akur8.

This role is based in our Paris office.

We’re looking for someone with a rigorous and curious mindset, and a proven ability to help teams improve and scale their ways of working.
