FUNCTIONS AND TASKS

• Take ownership of Airzone's commercial development within the assigned territory, achieving agreed sales targets and actively expanding the company's customer base and market presence.
• Actively prospect, identify, and acquire new customers and channel partners, including distributors, wholesalers, installers, contractors, and other HVAC professionals.
• Develop, manage, and grow strong commercial relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales, customer penetration, and Airzone product adoption.
• Conduct regular sales visits and commercial meetings with customers and prospects throughout the assigned territory.
• Promote Airzone products and solutions through commercial presentations, product demonstrations, technical-commercial advice, and customer training.
• Identify, develop, and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring systematic follow-up of opportunities, quotations, projects, and customer actions through to conversion.
• Work closely with the Sales Engineer to convert specified projects into sales through the Professional Channel, coordinating with distributors, wholesalers, installers, contractors, and other relevant partners.
• Identify and develop new distribution, wholesale, installer, and strategic channel partnerships to strengthen Airzone's market coverage and presence.
• Prepare, follow up, and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations, conditions, and opportunities in accordance with Airzone's commercial policies.
• Monitor customer performance, market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer requirements, providing relevant market intelligence and business development recommendations.
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful opportunity development.
• Support regional marketing initiatives, trade fairs, industry events, customer events, and commercial campaigns aimed at generating new business and strengthening customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, opportunity, project, and pipeline information within the CRM, and provide regular sales forecasts and commercial activity reports.
• Monitor customer commercial performance, payment status, and commercial incidents, supporting collection activities when required.
• Represent Airzone professionally in the market, strengthening the company's position and supporting its long-term growth within the German HVAC Professional Channel.
