Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in leading the definition and delivery of high-impact data and AI products. Working across clients and internal teams, you’ll own product backlogs, translate strategic goals into actionable features, and ensure delivery aligns with user needs and business value. You’ll bring a deep understanding of product thinking, a strong technical awareness, and the ability to work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders alike. 
This role is perfect for someone with solid experience in owning product outcomes and shaping user-centric, data-driven digital services in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

• Own the product vision and roadmap for data and AI solutions in alignment with client goals and strategic outcomes.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring stories are clear, valuable, and deliverable by the team.
• Work closely with delivery teams (engineers, analysts, data scientists, UX) to define features and iterate on value delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and users to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and shape the product direction.
• Act as the voice of the user and customer within the team, balancing business needs and technical feasibility.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions to maintain a healthy and outcome-focused workflow.
• Support delivery managers in tracking progress and ensuring delivery aligns with scope, time, and value.
• Contribute to user research, metrics gathering, and product validation activities.
• Champion agile ways of working and foster a collaborative, outcome-led product culture.
