Short Summary:
We are looking for a talented and motivated AI Engineer with 1–4 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the development of intelligent, voice-enabled applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with voice technologies and a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy voice-based AI applications and intelligent conversational systems.
- Work with speech technologies such as Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), voice recognition, speech processing, and conversational AI.
- Develop and integrate AI/ML models into production applications.
- Build pipelines for processing and analyzing voice and conversational data.
- Improve the accuracy, latency, reliability, and overall performance of voice AI systems.
- Integrate third-party AI, speech, and LLM APIs into applications and workflows.
- Experiment with different AI/ML approaches and evaluate model performance.
- Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Debug and troubleshoot AI/voice application issues across development and production environments.
- Develop testing and evaluation frameworks for voice and AI model outputs.
- Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, conversational AI, speech technologies, and machine learning.

Requirement:
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related software engineering roles.
- Strong practical experience with Voice AI and conversational systems.
- Understanding of Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.
- Experience integrating voice or conversational AI APIs and services.
- Strong programming skills in Python or another modern programming language.
- Familiarity with APIs, backend services, data processing, and software development practices.
- Understanding of conversational workflows, intent recognition, dialogue systems, or voice-based user experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently take ownership of technical tasks.

Benefits:
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, machine learning, and deep learning.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of NLP, speech recognition, speaker identification, audio processing, or signal processing.
- Experience working with vector databases and embedding-based search.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and production deployment practices.
- Experience evaluating and monitoring AI model performance.
- Knowledge of fine-tuning or adapting AI/ML models for domain-specific applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
