Strategic Growth Director

The Strategic Growth Director is a field-based commercial leader responsible for accelerating regional growth across Advita Ortho's Shoulder and Foot & Ankle businesses. Reporting to the RVP, this role leads GPS technology adoption, ASC business development, competitive surgeon conversions, and new account activation. The position partners with distributors and cross-functional teams to create repeatable growth strategies, expand surgeon and facility relationships, and deliver incremental revenue growth.
