Senior Product Manager

Advantest Test Solutions (ATS) is seeking a highly technical Senior Product Manager to own its HPC Burn-In Systems product portfolio. The successful candidate will serve as the primary product owner internally and externally, driving customer engagement, product requirements, business growth, and product lifecycle execution. This role is ideal for a senior semiconductor test, SLT, or burn-in engineer with approximately 10+ years of industry experience who is looking to leverage deep technical expertise while transitioning into product management and business leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall success, growth, profitability, and customer adoption of the HPC Burn-In Systems product family.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative and technical subject matter expert for the product line.
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into product priorities and development plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, manufacturing, service, and sales organizations.
• Lead product architecture discussions and drive performance, cost, manufacturability, and schedule tradeoff decisions.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to manage product cost, margin improvement, sourcing strategies, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to support product positioning, pricing, and investment decisions.
• Support key customer engagements, product launches, strategic opportunities, and executive reviews.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Approximately 7+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong technical background in semiconductor test, System Level Test (SLT), burn-in, reliability, or related technologies.
• MBA completed or in progress is a plus.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Lake Forest, CA.

Technical Expertise

Strong experience in many of the following areas:

• Automated Test Equipment (ATE), test program development, and test vector debug
• System Level Test (SLT), burn-in systems, semiconductor qualification, and reliability testing
• PCB/board bring up, connectors, embedded and bare metal tests.
• Voltage acceleration, thermal acceleration, device characterization, and failure analysis
• Air-cooled, liquid-cooled, and two-phase thermal management systems
• High-power thermal solutions for AI, HPC, GPU, and accelerator devices
• Burn-in board fundamentals, sockets, contactors, and associated device interface technologies
• Power delivery, high-current device interfaces, signal integrity, and electrical design fundamentals
• Semiconductor packaging, advanced interconnect technologies, and manufacturing test flows
