Role Overview: In this role, you will lead complex and strategic Marketplace Partner onboarding initiatives while strengthening execution, governance, visibility, and scalability across the onboarding portfolio. Beyond individual onboarding delivery, you will provide portfolio oversight, stakeholder alignment, project governance, escalation management, and project management enablement. You will act as a trusted advisor across the onboarding ecosystem and help establish the operational standards that support Marketplace growth.

This role combines strategic project delivery, portfolio leadership, governance, and project management excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Partner Project Onboarding

• Lead the onboarding of complex, strategic, or high-visibility Marketplace Partners.
• Serve as senior escalation support on critical onboarding initiatives.
• Drive execution of projects with significant business impact, complexity, or stakeholder exposure.
• Ensure successful launch outcomes while managing significant risks and dependencies.

Portfolio Oversight & Reporting

• Maintain visibility across the onboarding portfolio.
• Provide portfolio reporting, prioritization recommendations, and capacity insights.
• Identify cross-project risks, dependencies, and delivery trends.
• Support portfolio planning and execution reviews.

Stakeholders Alignment, Escalation Support & PM Enablement

• Act as trusted advisor to onboarding stakeholders and project managers.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Business Development, Integration, Sales, GSO, Client Support, Products, and Leadership.
• Mentor Partner Project Managers and support development of project management capabilities.
• Lead escalations requiring broader coordination or executive visibility.

Governance & Process Improvement

• Define and improve onboarding governance, reporting standards, and execution frameworks.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives and process optimization.
• Promote consistent project management practices across the onboarding organization.
• Improve portfolio predictability, transparency, and scalability.
