Content Producer

ADP is seeking a Content Producer - Social to create compelling, social-first content that combines strong writing, graphic design, storytelling, and audience engagement expertise.

This role will transform business priorities, brand campaigns, product launches, thought leadership, executive perspectives, customer stories, events, and cultural moments into high-performing content across ADP's social channels. The Content Producer will develop content concepts, write copy, design visual assets, and collaborate with video editors and social channel leads to create content that drives engagement, awareness, and business impact.

Success in this role means consistently producing relevant, creative, and platform-native content that strengthens ADP's brand presence while supporting audience growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Social Content Creation

• Develop and execute social-first content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms.
• Write compelling social copy, headlines, captions, scripts, executive posts, thought leadership content, and campaign messaging.
• Convert business priorities, product updates, research, events, and market trends into engaging social stories.
• Create content tailored to specific audiences, industries, buyer personas, and platform requirements.
• Develop content that balances brand building, thought leadership, product awareness, and audience engagement objectives.

Visual Design & Creative Development

• Design social graphics, carousels, quote cards, infographics, event assets, executive content, campaign visuals, and social-first creative.
• Create visual concepts that bring stories to life and improve content performance.
• Develop platform-specific creative assets optimized for engagement and shareability.
• Partner with Video Editors to develop supporting graphics, motion assets, thumbnails, title cards, and social video packages.
• Ensure all creative aligns with ADP's brand standards and visual identity.

Content Repurposing & Content Franchises

• Transform long-form content into social posts, visual summaries, carousels, short-form videos, and executive content.
• Build repeatable content series and franchises that can scale across channels.
• Create multiple content variations for different audiences, formats, and campaign objectives.
• Maximize the value of existing content through strategic repackaging and adaptation.

Executive & Thought Leadership Content

• Partner with executives and subject matter experts to develop authentic social content.
• Translate complex workforce, HR, payroll, compliance, and technology topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
• Support executive visibility programs through post development, content series, event amplification, and thought leadership storytelling.
• Help elevate ADP's perspective on the future of work, AI, workforce management, and business growth.

Performance Optimization

• Monitor content performance and engagement trends.
• Use analytics and audience insights to improve creative approaches, messaging, and content formats.
• Stay current on platform changes, social trends, best practices, and emerging content opportunities.
• Continuously test new content approaches, creative formats, and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media content creation, content marketing, journalism, graphic design, digital storytelling, communications, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both writing and visual content creation capabilities.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other major social platforms.
• Understanding of platform-specific content formats, audience behavior, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to simplify complex business topics into compelling content.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced content environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, enterprise technology, HCM, payroll, HR technology, financial services, or professional services.
• Experience writing executive thought leadership and corporate social content.
• Basic video production, motion graphics, or multimedia content creation experience.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation, creative, and workflow tools.
• Experience supporting employee advocacy, executive visibility, or influencer programs.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive content standards.
