Senior Public Relations Manager
The Opportunity
Adobe is looking for an experienced communications professional to shape the story of Creative Cloud and the future of creativity!
As part of Adobe’s Creativity & Productivity Communications team, this role leads storytelling across Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Premiere and Illustrator, and helps communicate how Adobe Firefly is empowering creative professionals.
The work brings together technology, creativity and culture. A key focus will be turning product innovation and complex ideas about AI into clear, relevant stories while elevating the perspectives of artists, designers, filmmakers and photographers.
This role partners closely with media, product and marketing teams, Adobe leaders and global communications teams to develop narratives, lead major launches and build awareness for Adobe’s creative innovation.
What you'll Do
Lead external communications for Creative Cloud apps across earned, owned and paid channels, developing narratives and product messaging for launches, events and broader thought leadership.
Build relationships with technology, business, creative and trade media, along with emerging and non-traditional voices. Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management and communications teams around the world to create coordinated programs that extend the reach of Adobe’s stories.
The role will also help anticipate sensitive topics and communications risks, contribute to annual and quarterly planning, and use measurement and insights to understand the impact of priority programs.
What you need to succeed
- 8–10+ years of communications experience across PR, social, analyst relations and/or customer communications; technology experience is preferred.
- A strong track record of working with media and developing high-impact stories.
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and modern communications platforms.
- Strategic judgment, curiosity and an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Interest in creativity, technology and the evolving role of AI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business/Marketing or a related field.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $106,100 -- $205,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $142,100 - $205,700

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
