Short Summary:
The Senior Executive Communications Manager provides communications support to the senior executive leadership team, focusing on internal and external communications strategies for the Customer Experience Orchestration business.

Responsibilities:
- Provide communications support to senior executive leadership.
- Develop internal and external communications strategies and programs.
- Serve as a trusted communications advisor to executives.
- Support executives’ written and verbal communications.
- Develop presentation materials simplifying complex topics.
- Enhance executives’ external presence through thought leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the Communications organization.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of executive communications and/or corporate communications experience.
- College diploma or BA/BS degree in a related field.
- Proven experience supporting senior business leaders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software in communications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with global teams.
