EMEA Group Lead, Social Content
The Opportunity
The Social Content group sits within the EMEA Social & Influencer team. It is embedded across UK, French, and German markets and brings Adobe's social strategy to life through platform-first, culturally relevant creative. Collaborating alongside Social Strategy, the team translates briefs into high-quality content and manages production across all audiences for brand, product, influencer, and campaigns.
This role will manage a team of 3 and own the planning layer that sits between strategy and execution across EMEA, shaping how Adobe shows up locally for all audiences. It establishes the benchmark for content quality and channel performance, and architects the operating model that lets social scale efficiently across always-on, influencer, and campaign activity.
What you'll Do
Content & Operations
Set the standard for quality, consistency, and effectiveness across all social output
Partner with Strategy Leads to build the EMEA and market-level content planning process, translating audience strategy into annual, quarterly and campaign-level plans for markets including the UK, France, and Germany
Coordinate planning and delivery for major campaigns and events
Drive adoption of AI across social tools and operations to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with Social Strategy for transforming briefs into scroll stopping content
Collaborate with Global Social to ensure EMEA-relevant content is represented across global handles and platforms
Budget & Agency Management
Act as senior lead for agency coordination, day-to-day operations, and performance optimisation
Own social budget tracking, forecasting, and management, ensuring spend aligns to approved priorities
Operating Model & Governance
Own and evolve the end-to-end EMEA social operating model: roles, decision rights, workflows, and critical issue paths across teams and agencies
Continuously improve ways of working to reduce duplication, friction, and risk across always-on initiatives and campaigns.
Reporting & Executive Communication
Prepare quarterly business reviews and manage weekly social updates, giving clear access to priorities, delivery, risks, and findings
Provide a consolidated operational view of what social is delivering and how it's performing
What you will need
Experienced social content professional with in-house and/or agency background
Strong technology or creative industry knowledge
Exceptional organisational skills and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
Experience delivering large-scale campaigns
Experience managing agency teams
Creative, positive great teammate who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaborator management skills, including with senior leadership
Dedicated to outcomes, with an analytical perspective on measurement
