About Our Company:

• Adhesive Media is an influencer marketing agency based in Miami connecting leading brands with top-performing YouTubers. We represent 250+ YouTubers, partner with 100+ brands per month, and have closed $30M+ in sponsorship deals for our creators. See our example sponsorship placements linked here.

• We are hiring for an Influencer Partnerships Associate to pitch & close sponsorship deals between our YouTubers & Sponsors. Your job will be to focus on a handful of top key Sponsors to grow their account with Adhesive Media, while communicating daily with awesome YouTube channels.

• You’ll grow more in 3 months at Adhesive Media than you have in the last 3 years of your life. We’re looking for someone who is highly competent, very organized, and willing to take on a challenge.

Why is this an exciting opportunity?

Right now, there’s an opportunity where thousands of YouTubers are unmanaged and can be signed to Adhesive Media. At the same time, hundreds of brands are looking to partner with YouTube creators but can’t get ahold of the right creators. Our vast roster of YouTube creators (250+) and brand connections (100+) allows us to sit in the middle and create these lucrative deals.

We do the full cycle, from sourcing the creator/brand all the way through contracting and ad coordination. Our customers love us for our 6-star service and transparency - creators always know what’s happening and brands know we only present channels that will deliver on results.

We are the best in the industry because:

• Our employees walk out with real monetary gain: One of our recent Partnerships Associate closed $900K in deals in her 3rd quarter working at the company. That’s equivalent to $170K in commissions -> $17K in earnings for her.

• Our business model works: The company has been around for 4 years. We’ve had sales growth in 15 out of 16 quarters. We’ve only ever had 1 down quarter.

• We live & breathe by these 5 core values:

  • 6-Star Service: Give clients a personal touch anytime, anywhere, anticipating their next question, communicating with speed, and nailing every detail.

  • Integrity, Transparency: Honor every commitment and build trust through honesty, never engaging in unethical or sleazy practices.

  • Use & Improve the System: Work within our tech tools while constantly suggesting and building better systems, SOPs, and processes to stay on the cutting edge.

  • Team Player: Set others up to win, bring positive energy, speak well of teammates, and help each other without dragging the team down with negativity.

  • Ownership Mindset: Take full accountability with zero ego, staying hungry to grow, curious about the industry, and committed to getting better.

Responsibilities:

• Deal Making: Close $250K/mo of YouTube Sponsorship Deals

  • Build Relationships with Key YouTubers to pitch their channels for Brand Deals

  • Grow 7-10 Key Brand Relationships to be consistent spenders with our Roster of Creators

  • Negotiate & Close Hundreds of Influencer Deals per month

• Client-facing email communication between YouTubers & Sponsors.

  • Provide an exceptional experience for creators and brands, focused on speedy, high engagement, and transparent communication. You’ll encounter many tricky and unique scenarios, so you’ll need to be a great critical thinker & comfortable making decisions on your own.

• Keep databases (Airtable, Google Sheets) and project management tools (Asana, Notion) updated. Wherever possible, implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and improve client service.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Work Experience: 2+ years work experience in Influencer Partnerships, Project Management, Customer Service, Operations, or similar fields.

   1. Brand Partnerships / Influencer Sponsorships experience is preferred, but it can be learned quickly.

   2. Organization & Customer Service is very important for a role like this, so if you have strong Project Management, Custom Service, or Operations experience, you’d be a strong fit as well.

2. Excellent Email & Verbal Communication Skills:

   1. Excellent Written & Verbal English Skills.

   2. Must respond to Sponsors & Creators quickly and effectively with the right information.

   3. Must be comfortable picking up the phone & calling a client for important matters.

3. Attention to Detail: We're handling large influencer campaigns often worth $5K - $50K for one ad placement. Any mistakes can be costly, so high attention to detail is crucial.

4. Relationship Builder: Relationships are not built just off your personality, they’re built off adding value & showing up for your clients. So we’re not looking for the best “personality” person, but rather someone that is honest, reliable, and values long-term relationships over a quick buck.

5. Tech Savviness: Our internal business relies on Airtable, tasks are managed in Asana, SOPs are housed in Notion, and negotiations often happen via email and Google Sheets. Our business is remote so the ideal candidate will be overall quick & effective with the computer.

6. Critical Thinking: The ideal candidate can critically think through issues & make decisions on their own. Sometimes there will not be a straight-forward solution to a problem found in an SOP, and you’ll be required to think outside of the box.

7. Reliable: We have ads running and deals closing daily. We need someone reliable who can work beyond regular hours for tight deadlines.

Who you are

• Grit - Someone that is ready to work hard, has something to prove, and is still in the “startup phase of their life” to grow

• Resilience - can bounce back from set back. Deals get canceled, and traders are often flip-floppy, so we need someone that can bounce back from a setback.

• Fast & Self Learner - We really don't have time to repeat things twice, and there are a lot of new concepts that will be taught in their first month. This is unlike any other sales job they've probably had, so we need someone that can adapt very quickly, learn all the new things about our industry fast, and really internalize it.

• Comfort-builder - Our customers want to feel like we're on their team (which is the truth!), not like we're selling them something. Our offer is we only win if they win, so that's how we sell it. Just by having a “comfort building” type of personality, someone should be able to close 60% of creators on their first call.

• Energetic and Positive - We’re looking for a team player that brings a positive energy and personality to our team. The ideal person really cares about the quality of their work & our customers.
