Software Engineer

Receptive is seeking a Software Engineer to build and improve the technology that connects people with mental and physical health services. You’ll support our three telehealth brands, developing software that improves how people access care and how our teams deliver it.

Reporting to the Head of Technology, you’ll work with engineering teammates and cross-functional partners to turn business and user needs into reliable, maintainable software. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership of their work, and delivering improvements through frequent, thoughtful iteration.

You’ll bring strong engineering fundamentals, a practical approach to automation and AI-assisted development, and an interest in understanding the people and workflows behind the code you write.
