Who We Are

Addepar unifies portfolio, market and client data in a total portfolio view and delivers AI-powered insights within investment and client workflows. More than 1,400 firms in nearly 60 countries use Addepar to manage and advise on nearly $9 trillion in assets. Its open platform integrates with nearly 650 software, data and consulting partners to power end-to-end investment operations across firms of all sizes and complexity. Addepar supports clients worldwide with offices in New York City, Salt Lake City, London, Edinburgh, Pune, Dubai, Geneva, Singapore and São Paulo.

The Role

Addepar’s People Technology team is hiring a Business Solutions Analyst to lead cross-functional, systems-driven initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery for defined projects, translate business needs into clear technical requirements, and ensure solutions are adopted by users.

While Workday is our core platform, this role will flex across our entire People Technology stack, including our Talent Acquisition systems (like Greenhouse) and other HR tools.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $88,000 - $138,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.

What You’ll Do

  • Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders (like HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance) to map current processes, translate needs into clear, testable technical requirements, and document them precisely
  • Project Leadership: Run the end-to-end lifecycle across planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure to deliver on scope, time, and quality
  • Technology Partnership: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within our People Technology stack (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse), acting as a key partner to stakeholder groups like Talent Acquisition.
  • Testing and Documentation: Build and maintain test scripts with requirements traceability and produce concise user guides that support adoption
  • Stakeholder Communication: Deliver crisp status updates and launch communications that keep teams aligned on progress, decisions, and milestones
  • Systems Support: Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support across our People Technology stack as needed, with a focus on accuracy and auditability

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology Project Management role
  • Highly skilled in written communication, with exceptional ability to create comprehensive, precise, and user-centric documentation efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Workday, with hands-on experience navigating its functionality as a heavy user
  • [Plus] Experience with other HR systems (especially Greenhouse or other TA technology)
  • [Plus] Workday configuration experience
