Internship Details:
- The internship will begin January 11, 2027.
- Interns will work approximately 20–25 hours per week during the school year, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks.
- Anticipated graduation date of May 2027 or December 2027.

Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations team members to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Legal, Privacy, Security, and IT, to assist with marketing projects and operational processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding campaign performance, process improvements, and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Support the setup, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Assist with data management activities, including list uploads, data quality reviews, and maintaining data integrity.
- Help develop and update digital assets, including email campaigns, landing pages, and website content.
- Support marketing automation programs and lead nurturing initiatives designed to drive customer engagement.
- Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to help measure campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to marketing business process improvement initiatives and documentation of operational best practices.
- Assist with marketing program analysis and reporting to help evaluate campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Gain exposure to marketing technologies, campaign operations, and digital marketing strategies through hands-on project work.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, marketing operations, and marketing technology platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Analytical mindset with a desire to learn how data supports marketing decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across functions.
- Eagerness to learn new systems, processes, and marketing technologies.
