We’re looking for an experienced Game Manager to join an iGaming product on a part-time / outsourced project basis.
This is not a full-time role. We need someone to take ownership of a specific block of work and build an effective game distribution and lobby setup by GEO.
Main objective:
Configure game routing and content distribution so that users in each GEO see the most relevant and strongest-performing gaming setup for their market.
Key responsibilities:
Audit the current game catalogue and provider structure
Identify top-performing games and providers by GEO
Build the logic for game distribution across different markets
Configure game ranking, positioning and visibility by country
Create dedicated game sets / lobby configurations for priority GEOs
Remove or deprioritize irrelevant or weak-performing content
Take into account provider availability and GEO restrictions
Build a clear structure that the internal team can maintain and scale
Provide recommendations for further lobby optimization based on performance
What we’re looking for:
Hands-on experience in online casino / iGaming product
Strong understanding of casino games and providers
Knowledge of GEO-specific player preferences
Experience with lobby management and game positioning
Understanding of how to define and maintain top games
Experience working with casino CMS / back office
Good understanding of gaming content performance metrics
Experience across multiple markets and a strong understanding of which games, mechanics and providers perform best in different GEOs will be a major advantage.
Format: Part-time / Outsource / Project-based
The key goal is to independently complete this block of work and deliver a clear, scalable GEO-based gaming content structure to the product team.
