Bonus Manager / Project-Based

We’re looking for an experienced Bonus Manager / CRM Bonus Specialist to join an iGaming product on a part-time, outsourced project basis. This is a project-based role with a clear scope: set up and optimize the bonus system on the platform so that all bonuses are configured correctly, triggered properly, and actually reach eligible players. Main responsibilities: Audit the current bonus setup and identify gaps or broken mechanics Configure bonus mechanics directly within the platform / back office Set up welcome offers, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, reloads, promo campaigns and other retention mechanics Build clear eligibility, activation, wagering and expiration rules Configure player segmentation and bonus distribution logic Make sure bonuses are correctly triggered based on player actions and lifecycle events Set up GEO-specific and player-specific bonus conditions where required Test the full bonus flow from eligibility to activation, wagering and completion Identify and fix cases where players do not receive bonuses correctly Build a structured bonus policy for the product Define limits, restrictions and anti-abuse rules Make sure bonus mechanics are understandable for both players and internal teams Prepare documentation so the internal team can manage and launch bonuses independently after the project is completed What we’re looking for: Hands-on experience with iGaming / online casino bonus systems Strong experience working with casino platforms, CMS or back office Good understanding of bonus logic, wagering requirements, player segmentation and lifecycle mechanics Experience setting up CRM / retention promotions Understanding of bonus abuse and fraud prevention Ability to troubleshoot technical and logical issues in bonus delivery Experience building bonus policies and operational processes from scratch Format: Part-time / Outsource / Project-based The goal is to deliver a fully functioning and structured bonus ecosystem where the right players receive the right bonuses under the right conditions — with clear logic, proper tracking and no broken flows.
