You are:

We are looking for a senior Measurement & Solution Delivery Leader to drive the growth and client impact of Accenture Marketing Investment Navigator (M-Nav). This is a leadership and client-facing role: the Associate Director owns client and sales strategy for M-Nav, builds executive relationships, and shapes how the product is positioned, sold, and delivered. The ideal candidate has deep credibility in marketing measurement (MMM, attribution, incrementality, and MMM/MTA reconciliation) and is fluent enough in the underlying methods, such as Bayesian modeling, regularized models, and clean-room measurement, to challenge, guide, and defend the work with sophisticated clients and technical stakeholders.

The Associate Director partners with CMOs, marketing and media leaders, analytics and finance executives, and Accenture Song, Amazon, and other ecosystem leadership to identify opportunities, lead pursuits, and shape engagements that turn M-Nav outputs into ready-to-execute marketing and media investment decisions. The role sets the vision for how M-Nav is deployed with clients, ensures delivery quality and governance across engagements, and develops the Managers and Senior Managers who deliver the work. The Associate Director also acts as a voice of the client to product development and data science, influencing the M-Nav roadmap.

Knowledge of retail media networks (such as Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect) and clean-room environments such as Amazon Marketing Cloud is highly valued. Hands-on coding is not expected, but the ability to assess technical approaches, and to know when the numbers and methodology do or do not hold up, is critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own client and sales strategy for M-Nav: identify and qualify opportunities, lead pursuits end to end, develop solution plans, scope and price engagements, and structure deals to achieve profitability targets while driving wins and account expansion.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior marketing, media, analytics, and finance executives; serve as the senior advisor on measurement and investment strategy.
  • Serve as the executive-level face of M-Nav in client presentations, orals, and workshops, telling a compelling value story that links measurement to business outcomes and budget decisions.
  • Provide senior oversight of M-Nav engagements: set delivery standards, ensure methodological rigor and governance (including human-in-the-loop review), manage risk, and safeguard client satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Senior Managers, Managers, and their teams; shape staffing and capability building, and create a strong talent pipeline for the M-Nav practice.
  • Partner with Amazon Ads and other ecosystem and alliance partners on joint go-to-market, co-selling, and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with product development and data science leadership to convert client and market insight into product priorities and roadmap input.
  • Build the M-Nav market presence through thought leadership, industry events, client advisory forums, and reusable sales assets and case studies.
  • Contribute to practice financials and growth planning, including pipeline, revenue, utilization, and margin targets.
  • Define and communicate a clear client maturity journey, assessing the current measurement capability and articulating the future-state vision, roadmap, and value realization path.
  • Partner with client IT, data, and technology teams to strengthen data maturity, improve data readiness and integration, and establish the foundations required to scale advanced measurement solutions.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in marketing measurement, econometrics, attribution, data science, or martech analytics, including 5+ years leading analytic engagements and teams; experience with clean rooms (such as LiveRamp, Google BQ), ad-platform data, or AMC-like environments. Experience should include:
    • Proven track record of selling and winning measurement, analytics, or data-driven marketing work, including leading pursuits, shaping solutions, and closing deals.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior client relationships and to influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
    • Strong working knowledge of MMM, attribution, experimentation, incrementality testing, bridge calibration, and privacy-safe measurement, with the ability to evaluate technical approaches and validate results (e.g., MAPE/R²/F1 interpretation) without being the hands-on builder.
    • Experience leading, coaching, and developing managers and multi-disciplinary teams in a governed, cross-functional delivery model.
    • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and storytelling skills, including the ability to translate complex methods into clear business recommendations.
    • Commercial acumen, including scoping, pricing, and managing engagement economics.
    • Experience deploying MMM, MTA, and other measurement solutions across industries such as CPG, Retail, High tech, and Financial Services.
    • Demonstrated experience managing the P&L and commercial performance of engagements valued at approximately US$5 million to US$10 million.
    • Broad understanding of sales and marketing analytics solutions, with the ability to diagnose client needs, answer strategic questions, and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
