Senior Salesforce Administrator

abra professional services is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator!

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end business processes and projects on the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-On work in the system, including planning, implementation, and optimization of processes.
• Managing business and technological interfaces with related systems in the organization.
• Analyzing and defining business needs and translating them into technological solutions within the system.
• Broad professional responsibility for Salesforce processes within the company.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation.
• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation.
• Experience working with: Salesforce Field Service, Salesforce Optimization, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow Builder, Reports & Dashboards, Permission Sets, Sharing & Security Model.
• Experience in leading cross-organizational projects.
• Experience working with internal clients and senior business stakeholders.
• Experience in analyzing and defining business processes.
• Broad systemic view and ability to lead processes.
• Excellent interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
