CRM Dynamics System Analyst

abra is Hiring a Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst for our CRM Division.

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst to join our CRM Division. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into system solutions, and supporting the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM projects for leading clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Work closely with end users and business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements.
• Write functional specification documents and support implementation processes.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support projects from requirements gathering through deployment and go-live.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud applications – mandatory.
• Experience writing functional specification and requirements documents.
• Proven experience working directly with end users and business stakeholders – mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Advantage

• Experience working for a consulting, implementation, or project-based services company.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
