• Following up on sales opportunities, projects and quotations and coordinating customer requirements

• Supporting the development of sales strategies and targets and regularly following up on their achievement

• Monitoring competitors and market trends and sharing relevant market and pricing information

• Working closely with technical, service, finance and other internal teams, as well as ABB's international organization

• Using professional sales processes and digital tools, including Salesforce, to manage your customer activities

Qualifications for the role:

• You have a business-oriented mindset and are able to turn customer needs into business opportunities

• You have strong negotiation, problem-solving and organizational skills

• You are proactive and able to organize your work independently, while enjoying collaboration with experts across different functions

• You are confident using MS Office and open to learning new digital tools and systems

• You have fluent Hungarian and good command of English, both written and spoken

It is a plus if you have:

• A degree in electrical engineering

• Experience selling industrial, drives or electrical products and solutions

• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system

• Experience working in an international environment

What's in it for you?

• Enjoy a stable employment in a company with a long history in innovation and technology

• Collaborate with experienced experts in an international environment

• We value people from different backgrounds

• Seize individual development and training opportunities, from job specific to soft skills

• Receive attractive remuneration based on your experience and skills, and other financial benefits, such as annual bonus

• We have an outstanding benefits package (corporate car, laptop and phone, cafeteria, premium health insurance, extra vacation days, home office support)

• Choose from various benefits in kind, ranging from healthy lifestyle offerings, to knowledge sharing, to teambuilding activities

• You can work from home depending on your tasks, also in our modern office building on Váci Road

• Every Tuesday, we have fresh fruit waiting for you, and you can choose from various coffee and tea options in our office kitchen

• We also have plenty of community events, whether it's darts club, board games, or group cycling – and of course, the annual Christmas party and ABB Day are not to be missed!
