🚀 About the role

We're building an AI-first platform that's redefining how video and visual content is produced. Our mission is to streamline creative workflows across industries like marketing, gaming, film, and entertainment, making high-quality production faster, smarter, and more collaborative.

We're aiming for a billion-dollar company valuation in the next few years, backed by early traction, including multiple Fortune 500 companies already in our pipeline. The founding team includes serial entrepreneurs with successful exits, ex-MBB consultants, and C-level leaders from top global companies. We're currently in closed beta with a working MVP and preparing for the funding round.

We're seeking our first Founding Engineer: someone ready to build a great product from day one.

🔧 What we're looking for

• •2+ years full-stack experience
• •Strong background in TypeScript/Node.js/NestJS/Next.js
• •Deep understanding of WebSockets, Redis, BullMQ and real-time systems
• •Bonus points for: DevOps experience, AI/ML side projects
• •Startup mindset: you thrive on shipping fast and moving quickly

• •Own an entire tech foundation, architect and build scalable systems from scratch
• •Drive the development roadmap with high autonomy
• •Experiment with integrating new AI models
• •Hire and lead your own engineering team as we scale
