Key Responsibilities / Duties: Develop and execute Asia's content strategy across equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi-asset, and macro themes. Lead the creation of investment marketing content across digital, social, web, video, email, presentations, and sales materials. Drive content campaigns, product launches, thought leadership, and market event communications. Partner with sales teams to deliver client-focused content and tools that support business growth. Lead and develop a high-performing content team, setting priorities and ensuring quality execution. Manage senior stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, compliance, technology, and operations. Improve content governance, workflows, efficiency, and adoption of technology and automation. Monitor content performance and use insights to optimize strategy and execution. Represent APAC on global content and marketing initiatives. Requirements 8-10+ years' experience in content marketing, investment communications, product marketing, or related financial services roles. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA and/or CFA preferred. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Bloomberg, Morningstar and other data platforms experience a plus. Advanced skills in MS Office including Word and PowerPoint. Proven people leadership and stakeholder management experience. Strong understanding of investment products, markets, and financial communications. Experience developing content strategies and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns. Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills. Strong project management, commercial judgment, and prioritization skills.
