Short Summary:
The Senior Director, Cloud Security will lead the growth, development, and delivery of 3Cloud’s cloud security capabilities, responsible for building a differentiated portfolio of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and security services.

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the growth strategy for the Cloud Security practice.
- Build a qualified pipeline that supports bookings, revenue, margin, and pull-through objectives.
- Develop trusted relationships with Microsoft, Cognizant, strategic clients, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead executive discussions with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and infrastructure leaders on cloud security strategy and transformation.
- Develop and evolve a portfolio of repeatable Cloud Security offerings, methodologies, accelerators, and reference architectures.
- Provide executive oversight for strategic and high-risk engagements.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of architects, consultants, engineers, and technical leaders.
- Own pipeline, bookings, revenue, gross margin, utilization, and capability performance.

Requirement:
- 15+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, consulting, systems integration, or related fields.
- 8+ years in formal, progressive leadership roles in consulting, architecture, engineering, or professional services organizations.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, cloud security, identity, networking, governance, automation, and platform operations.
- Proven success developing and selling consulting services while owning or influencing pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Travel up to 50%.
