About the Project We’re building an AI-powered video platform that aggregates and processes content from multiple social media sources. Users interact with video data through contextual search, LLM-powered features, and AI agent workflows. You’ll join a small, focused engineering team working closely with technical leadership and product stakeholders, contributing across the stack with a strong focus on backend development and AWS infrastructure. The core backend stack is Node.js / TypeScript, with Python used for AI agents and related services. You’ll also contribute to React-based frontend development when needed. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript Build and maintain serverless services and APIs on AWS Lambda Work with AWS services including Cognito, DynamoDB, Lambda, and Step Functions Develop integrations between backend services, AI agents, and external APIs Contribute to Python-based AI and agent services Build and maintain frontend functionality using React and TypeScript Design reliable data flows and asynchronous workflows Contribute to AWS infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-Code Troubleshoot performance, integration, and production issues across the stack Collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams on architecture and implementation decisions What We’re Looking For Mid-to-Senior level experience in full-stack software development Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript Strong experience with React and TypeScript Good understanding of backend architecture and REST APIs Practical experience with AWS, particularly serverless architecture Experience with services such as Lambda, Cognito, DynamoDB, and Step Functions At least basic-to-intermediate knowledge of Python and the ability to work with an existing Python codebase Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code and cloud infrastructure Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions English B2 or higher Nice to Have AI / LLM integrations Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google GenAI Experience with AWS Bedrock / Bedrock AgentCore Familiarity with Instructor Experience with AI agent frameworks, ideally Strands Agents Experience building LLM-powered workflows or agent-based systems Observability Datadog ddtrace datadog-lambda AWS X-Ray Infrastructure Terraform Serverless Framework Experience designing event-driven or distributed AWS architectures Being part of 3asoft means having High level of flexibility and freedom Direct communication with international customers Competitive compensation paid in USD Fully remote work
