Short Summary:
We are looking for a DevOps Tech Lead who will guide our internal team and partner with clients to bring strong Azure DevOps expertise. This role combines technical leadership, client engagement, and pre-sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the DevOps team, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with best practices.
- Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Github, Gitlab, and Azure DevOps.
- Partner with clients to understand requirements and propose the right DevOps and Cloud solutions.
- Participate in pre-sales and discovery sessions, bringing technical expertise to solution design.
- Drive adoption of automation, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native practices.
- Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and well-monitored with Grafana Stack.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients on their DevOps and Cloud strategy.
Requirement:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or Lead, with deep expertise in Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- Certifications in Azure.
- Experience leading teams and working directly with clients.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to contribute in pre-sales conversations and discovery workshops.
