You will build on the high-performing foundations of the current function, driving continuous modernisation and using data and technology to deepen customer engagement. You lead our commitment to green events, reducing waste through modular design and digital-first content. You are accountable for adherence to ABPI, local procedures, data-protection and global compliance standards. You cultivate high-value strategic agency partnerships spanning creative, audio-visual, travel and housing services. Who you are: You bring a proven track record of line-managing and developing a specialised team of events professionals. You have significant experience leading large-scale pharmaceutical events or congresses, nationally and internationally. You combine deep understanding of the ABPI Code with the ability to connect event activity to business results.
