The role streamlines processes and optimizes resource utilization through advanced process analysis techniques. The role plays a pivotal role in evaluating service innovation concepts and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and maximizing ROI. The role serves as a trusted subject matter expert, provides consultative guidance to colleagues, and fosters knowledge sharing and informed decision-making. Your Role: Participates in the design of groundbreaking solutions for intricate technical challenges in service innovation by actively participating in technology studies, leveraging recently acquired expertise in service innovation principles, theories, and concepts, working under limited supervision. Reviews multidisciplinary service innovation change projects, prototypes, and test designs, effectively collaborating with a team of diverse specialists to drive successful implementation. Facilitates the investigation of the serviceability of newly designed products based on defined service requirements, providing recommendations to enhance component serviceability. Helps to develop overall test designs, including test cases, for the verification and validation of service functionalities and the overall serviceability of products. Functions as a trusted subject matter expert within specific areas of service innovation with a strong understanding of their specialization, offering insightful and consultative guidance to colleagues, fostering knowledge sharing and informed decision-making. Implements innovative service innovation methods and procedures within the organization, handling their adoption to create a culture of continuous improvement and enhance service delivery. Evaluates the viability and potential impact of service innovation concepts and projects, conducting thorough analyses to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and maximizing return on investment. Implements proactive alert systems to drive preventative service delivery for connected and entitled installed bases, empowering market roles to handle alerts and diagnostics effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment performance. Resolves a wide range of service innovation delivery issues in creative ways, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Cultivates effective relationships, shares knowledge, and provides influence over projects and peer groups, demonstrating full understanding of area of specialization You are fit if: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Bio-medical, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 5+ years' experience in field service engineering and proven success in implementing service innovations. Strong understanding of service design principles and methodologies. Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. How we work together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This role is an office-based role.
