Short Summary:
The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) oversees the effective execution of data extraction and web scraping services for clients, ensuring alignment between project requirements and operational performance while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with development teams for timely, accurate data delivery in line with SLAs.
- Monitor pipelines, feed performance, costs, and delivery schedules, identifying risks early.
- Manage the full lifecycle of change requests in collaboration with AM and Sales teams.
- Serve as the single point of contact for 10–15 enterprise accounts, building trusted client relationships.
- Act as the primary escalation point for service issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs covering data quality and delivery performance.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in service delivery or a similar client-facing operational role.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts or complex client portfolios.
- Proven experience with SLAs, KPIs, and operational reporting.
- Familiarity with web scraping, data pipelines, or data services is a strong advantage.
