Short Summary:
As a Contract Manager, you will be part of the Procurement, Contract and Vendor Management team within B-IT (the IT department of SNCB/NMBS through YPTO). You will lead strategic IT procurement initiatives and manage a portfolio of IT contracts with significant financial, operational, and regulatory impact.

Responsibilities:
- Lead or coordinate complex public procurement processes, including defining procurement strategy and conducting negotiations.
- Govern IT contracts, including performance monitoring and proactive risk management.
- Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and resolve complex disputes.
- Ensure visibility on contract deadlines, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Act as a business partner and trusted advisor to management.

Requirement:
- Master's degree in Business Economics, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or Information Technology.
- At least 10 years of experience in complex IT environments.
- Experience with public procurement and strategic contract management.
- Excellent communication and document drafting skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
