Short Summary:
We are looking for a Finance Intern who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible to join our Finance & Accounting team. The best candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and support daily bookkeeping, tax compliance, and cross-border financial reporting for our mainland China entity.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice management, and expense reimbursement review, including fapiao verification and VAT invoice validation.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial closing procedures.
- Help prepare documentation for tax filings (including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Individual Income Tax withholding).
- Assist with intercompany reconciliation and cross-border transaction documentation.
- Organize and archive accounting vouchers, contracts, and supporting documents in compliance with PRC accounting standards (CAS).

Requirement:
- Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Good command of both English and Chinese (both in writing and speaking).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential financial information appropriately.
- Available for a 6-month internship, with a minimum of 4 days per week preferred.
