Short Summary:
Whalar is seeking an experienced client services manager to lead day-to-day delivery for retained and upcoming projects in the DACH region. This role is crucial for executing campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and KPIs are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Update project trackers to reflect budgets and overall spending.
- Assist with creator sourcing and review content before client delivery.
- Support client communications and lead client calls when necessary.
- Generate reports to track output versus scope for client presentations.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of agency or brand experience, including overseeing campaign executives.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the social media advertising landscape in the DACH region.
- Native-level German speaker with fluent professional English capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, flexible, and fast-paced environment.
