Short Summary:
As a Bringup Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for turning custom electronics from design files into road-ready hardware, collaborating with contract manufacturers, and ensuring quality through testing and validation.

Responsibilities:
- CM Coordination: Work with Contract Manufacturers to get PCBs and assemblies manufactured, shepherding builds through fabrication.
- Incoming Inspection & Assembly: Collaborate with the quality management team to develop controls and monitors, inspect boards, perform rework, and validate boards.
- Inventory Management: Track components, boards, and assemblies.
- End-of-Line (EOL) Debug: Support vehicle end-of-line testing by diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Test Fixture Design & Module V&V: Develop module end-of-line test fixtures for evaluating designs.

Requirement:
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years in hardware development and/or test engineering, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Fluency in working with Contract Manufacturers.
- A "Maker" mindset with a strategic vision.
