Short Summary:
The Seasonal Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging customers and exhibiting product knowledge. This temporary role supports the store during peak seasons.
Responsibilities:
- Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
- Proactively engages with customers, reads cues, and responds effectively
- Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
- Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately
- Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room to brand standards
- Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards
- Assists with housekeeping and reports maintenance issues
Requirement:
- Customer-focused sales associate with schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours
- Must lift up to 40 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and stretch frequently
