Short Summary:
Verkada is transforming how organizations protect their people and places with an integrated, privacy-sensitive AI-powered platform. The Business Systems Engineering team focuses on building and improving tools for Go to Market teams, emphasizing automation, metrics, and proactive solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Engineer and maintain platforms and data pipelines that read, mutate, and write data at scale.
- Determine architecture for systems dealing with multiple external vendors and internal systems.
- Collaborate with different GTM teams to advise on engineering solutions to business problems.
- Improve operational excellence on existing systems.
- Contribute to the long-term roadmap for maintaining high GTM data quality.
- Use LLMs to evaluate data state and create user-friendly artifacts.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on data systems.
- In-depth expertise in distributed systems and data processing.
- Passion for observability and reliability.
- Advanced skills in Python and SQL.
- Must be willing to work onsite five days per week.
- Bonus: Familiarity with GTM facing vendors such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, Marketo, Clay, Rox.
