Short Summary:
The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for developing and closing business with new and existing Enterprise customers, focusing on the largest and most strategic named accounts in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets in the Enterprise market segment.
- Grow pipeline by collaborating with Inside Sales, System Engineers, and Channel & Alliance partner sales teams.
- Perform direct customer-facing enterprise sales activities in the field.
- Propose, coordinate, and participate in marketing activities to enterprise named accounts.
- Enter reliable forecasting and account/opportunity details in Veeam’s CRM (SalesForce).
- Develop a pipeline of activity focusing on short, medium, and long-term revenue opportunities.
- Engage with strategic alliance partners to drive mutually beneficial revenue opportunities.
- Execute territory plan, account plans, and opportunity plans to maximize revenue.
Requirement:
- Proven track record in acquiring Large Enterprise customers.
- Comfortable building relationships at executive/C-Level.
- Experienced in selling relevant technology segments: Infrastructure, Software, Virtualization platforms, Cloud, Storage, and Data Protection.
- Minimum of 8 years of direct enterprise sales experience.
- In-depth understanding of technology trends and issues impacting the Enterprise space.
- Proven ability in prospecting, relationship building, and execution skills.
- Knowledge of solution selling and value-based selling techniques.
- High-energy and motivated salesperson comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction.
- Team player with the ability to lead and leverage extended teams for successful sales campaigns.
