Short Summary:
We are building an AI-powered go-to-market automation platform and looking for a strong, product-minded engineer to join our small founding team. The role focuses on backend development with Python, Django, and SQL, while also involving frontend work with React.

Responsibilities:
- Own product features across the full development lifecycle.- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain backend and frontend functionality.- Develop backend services using Python, Django, and SQL.- Build and improve user-facing functionality using React and JavaScript.- Architect scalable and maintainable technical solutions.- Work with AI agents, data enrichment processes, and automation workflows.- Debug production issues and improve system performance and reliability.- Work directly with customers to understand problems and translate feedback into product improvements.- Participate in product roadmap, architecture, and technical strategy discussions.- Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs clearly.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.- Strong commercial experience with Python.- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.- Full-stack development experience, with a stronger focus on backend engineering.- Experience designing APIs, backend services, and production systems.- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.- Strong written and spoken English.- Availability for regular working-hours overlap with a New York-based team.
