Short Summary:
As an OP CDI Staff Success Manager, you will provide leadership, coaching, and support to CDI team members, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge to deliver high-quality, compliant CDI services.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding of new employees, assessing training needs.
- Provide support and direction to OP CDI staff regarding project requirements.
- Monitor client work queues and productivity levels within the CDI team.
- Implement improvement plans and/or disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Track performance metrics and identify coaching opportunities.
- Participate in meetings with the internal CDI team and provide staffing updates.
- Collaborate with the Quality Team to meet quality expectations.
- Manage staff schedules, including timesheets and PTO requests.
- Lead recruitment efforts for the CDI team.
- Comply with UASI’s policies regarding protected health information.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2-4 years of outpatient CDI and/or Risk Adjustment experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in staffing operations.
- Active LPN or RN license required.
- Relevant CDI, coding, or risk adjustment certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in Epic workflows and understanding of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office, email, VPNs, and video conferencing tools.
