As our Build-Up Lead, you will oversee the physical creation of new Tylko locations across Europe, ensuring they meet our brand standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end build-up of new Tylko locations: stores, kiosks, and partner store build-outs across Europe.
- Run general contractors and subcontractors through the full fit-out cycle, from tender to handover.
- Own build-up budgets and timelines, actively sourcing materials and reducing costs without compromising quality.
- Make CMF decisions within the design concept provided by our studio.
- Navigate shopping mall and landlord requirements, ensuring compliance with permits and regulations.
- Build and maintain a trusted network of contractors and suppliers across key markets.
- Develop a repeatable build-up playbook to streamline future openings.
- Travel regularly to sites across Europe to supervise builds and handovers.

Requirement:
- Background in architecture or interior architecture with strong project management skills.
- Hands-on experience delivering retail fit-outs, ideally in shopping mall environments.
- Fluency in managing general contractors, budgets, and construction timelines.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
- Cost-conscious, entrepreneurial approach to project management.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
