Short Summary:
The Collections Analyst (Temp) will be responsible for timely collections across a portfolio of accounts, fostering relationships with strategic accounts and internal partners, and aiding the Accounts Receivables team with key projects.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review customer aging, identifying overdue accounts.
- Influence customers to adhere to payment terms and drive positive KPIs.
- Manage projects to collect customer Accounts Payable contact information and sales tax exemption certificates.
- Facilitate meetings to resolve discrepancies between Twist and accounts.
- Communicate risks and key account information to leadership.
- Recommend and prepare bad debt write-offs.
- Prepare weekly 60+ Day past due report commentary.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure best practices.
- Identify process improvement needs for managing past due receivables.
- Stay informed on industry trends to enhance account analysis.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant field, or 2-3 years of experience in commercial collections.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong problem analysis and solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven collection and negotiation skills.
- Strong Excel skills including formulas, graphs, and pivot tables.
- Ability to manage difficult customer communications professionally.
- Well-organized with extreme attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and integrity.
